This error is caused by a couple of reasons

1: There is an NSVRP program running in the background.
-->Restart your computer, then try running the program again.

2: There is inaccurate information in your NSVRP System Config
-->Go to Start->All Programs->NSVRP->Config
Click on System Config
Make sure that you have all the data entered correctly ->NSVRP ID should be Z9975xxxx not Rxxxxxx ->Be sure that your server IP Address is entered correctly. Check your FTP Username and Password. After all changes are made, restart your computer, then try running the program again.

If neither of these work, please call us for assistance.

This is generally caused because your NSVRP program is not sending the file at all, or because it is sending blank files. Remember that if you make any updates to information in Pinnacle (including the License #), you need to wait to run the NSVRP program for at least 24 hours so that it pulls the updated information. Be sure to look at the installation instructions--there are useful images of what things should look like (some images are out of date, but fields are still the same).

1: Check your NSVRP version # to be sure you are completely up to date. Go to Start->All Programs->NSVRP->About As of 1-25-11 the version # for both Classic and Pro is 2.3
To update either go to Start->All Programs->NSVRP->Check for Updates which will automatically check the site for updates. Go through the steps to complete. The other way is to go to the NSVRP site and click on Pro or Classic, then run the update from the site.

2: Go to Start->All Programs->NSVRP->Config. Make sure that all fields are entered correctly. The installation instructions have images with what this page should look like. Be sure that your NSVRP ID is Z9975xxxx not R2xxxxx. Check if you have entered the State License # in both the config and your Pinnacle (the instructions have how to get there)--the format needs to be the same. Make sure that you FTP username CSNSxxxx and password are entered. If the password looks like a random number/letter sequence, you will need to call ISO to change it. 800-888-4476 options 2/2/1/2 -have your Z9975xxxx or R2xxxxx ready for them to cross reference.

3: If everything above is correct, please call URG for assistance.
